About This Collection

This course collection was developed to help institutions meet training obligations under Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act and is meant to complement other prevention efforts at your institution.

This collection contains required content that may be upsetting to learners.

On April 19, 2024, the Department of Education released final regulations related to Title IX that will govern how educational institutions conduct inquiries into allegations of sex discrimination, including student sexual misconduct and pregnancy discrimination. Following publication in the Federal Register, these regulations will take effect Aug. 1, 2024.

In the interim, consult with legal counsel to understand the impact of these new regulations on your institution’s policies or practices.

Over the coming months, United Educators will update our Title IX online courses to reflect the new 2024 regulations. Look for alerts about updated courses in our weekly Your UE Insider newsletter or check this landing page.
