Learn about United Educators’ (UE’s) Cool Head, Warm Heart® crisis response philosophy, which involves making the claims process for an injured person as easy as we can. UE works with the institution, the injured person, or their family, to address the issues that are of concern to the person or the person’s family. UE also conducts investigations and preserves documents to protect the institution if the injured person takes legal action to hold the institution responsible for an injury.
