United Educators Wins Three Globee® Awards
Bethesda, Md., Oct. 3, 2023 — Globee® Business Awards recognized United Educators (UE) with three awards for online training.
UE earned two gold awards and a silver award in the 13th Annual 2023 Globee® Business Awards. The awards honor organizations — from startups to established corporations — that provide “exemplary performance.”
“Our courses help institutions address pressing concerns,” said Sarah Braughler, Vice President of Risk Management. “Our team’s technical and learning design innovations impact campuses across the country.”
The awards include:
- Gold Award for Innovation in Education or Training Websites for UE’s online course “Targeted Campus Violence: Recognize the Warning Signs,” which teaches K-12 schools and higher ed institutions ways to help prevent attacks.
- Gold Award for Best Use of Video for Learning for innovative use of facial filters.
- Silver Award for Learning or Training Team of the Year.
More than 500 global industry professionals participated in the judging process at the 13th Annual awards.
One judge said UE’s “unwavering commitment to creating a safer and more inclusive educational environment is reflected in the quality and impact of their courses.”
UE provides insurance coverage and risk management products and services, including online learning, available at no additional cost to UE members. And non-members can purchase select course collections.
