Her areas of expertise include campus sexual misconduct, Title IX, threat assessment, campus security, contracts, and risk transfer. She previously handled UE liability claims and held positions in the fields of education and insurance.

Justin advised members as they developed risk mitigation tactics, prioritized risk management goals, and launched or refreshed enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives. He led the Risk Management Premium Credit (RMPC) program and co-authored Risk Management: An Accountability Guide for University and College Boards. Prior to joining UE, Justin consulted with community college presidents and K-12 heads of school on strategic revenue challenges and worked in admissions at two private colleges in the Mid-Atlantic.
