Dan Reiner helps ensure United Educators (UE) continues to deliver thoughtful coverage solutions that evolve alongside the changing needs of K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.
Prior to joining UE in 2026, he spent 19 years at Chubb. There, his proven commercial insurance leadership experience spanned underwriting, product development, portfolio management, and emerging risk strategy.
At Chubb, he advanced from underwriting trainee to Senior Vice President, Territory Underwriting Manager. He led underwriting strategy for complex casualty, technology, cyber, and emerging risks; developed new insurance products; and translated complex risk issues into practical guidance. He was responsible for the financial results for two geographic regions and Chubb’s North American Lower Middle Market technology portfolio.
His prior roles include Senior Vice President of Casualty Underwriting, where he managed the underwriting pillar of Chubb Commercial’s middle market casualty practice and line management of an E&O/Cyber portfolio.
Dan has a B.S. from Towson University.
The married father of two enjoys fishing, hiking, and his ever-growing collection of guitars.
