Joanne conducts primary research for online course content, analyzes risk management survey data, and assists with the content-driven goals. She joined UE’s Risk Research team after several years of handling UE education liability claims.

Beth Kidwell
Risk Management Consultant
Beth advises UE members as they develop risk mitigation strategies, prioritize risk management goals, and launch or refresh enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives. Before joining UE, Beth worked nearly eight years as Director of Risk Management for Otterbein University. Prior to her move into the risk management field, Beth was a Certified Public Accountant where she worked for 25 years in public, private, and non-profit accounting.

Natalie Robinson-Babaniyi, Esq.
Risk Management Consultant
Natalie works directly with United Educators’ (UE’s) K–12 and higher education members to strengthen institutional resilience, specializing in aligning risk management practices with strategic objectives and sustainable institutional growth. She helps institutions identify emerging risks and integrate enterprise risk management (ERM) into strategic planning and decision-making. Before joining UE, Natalie served as Corporate Counsel, advising education-focused organizations on governance, compliance, immigration matters, and regulatory strategy.

Hoda Hussein
Senior Risk Management Consultant
Hoda works directly with UE’s K-12 and higher education members. She collaborates on immediate and long-term strategies to reduce accidents and build preventative programs. She also consults with various stakeholders on campus to promote campus-wide education and implementation of risk management initiatives. Prior to working for UE, Hoda was a biomedical researcher for Georgetown University’s Medical Center. There, she conducted stem cell research for bone marrow transplant patients and donors.
