United Educators Learning Program Honored as Gold Stevie® Award Winner
Bethesda, MD — A data security learning program developed by United Educators (UE) won a Gold Stevie Award in the “Professional Learning” category in the 17th Annual American Business Awards®. More than 3,800 nominations were submitted for consideration.
The data security suite helps K-12 schools, colleges, and universities protect confidential information through courses that provide short and compelling overviews of important topics such as malware, passwords, and phishing. The Stevie judges rated it highly for addressing an important need on campus. As one judge noted, “Important and relevant info, nicely presented.”
“We’re pleased to see that this suite of courses is so highly regarded,” said Constance Neary, Vice President of Risk Management at UE. “We developed the data security suite at the request of a higher education system; we appreciate the validation that this is an effective way to deliver needed training."
