United Educators Earns 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award
Bethesda, Md., April 24, 2024 — United Educators (UE) has earned the 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Compensation & Benefits, issued by Energage. The national recognition — which UE also received in 2023 — is based on employee feedback and celebrates organizations that provide employees with material rewards and appreciation for their work.
More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Energage’s Top Workplaces USA employee engagement survey. In the confidential survey, UE employees described their workplace as collaborative, inclusive, diverse, supportive, and mission-driven.
