United Educators Earns 2025 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards
Bethesda, Md., April 23, 2025 — United Educators (UE) has earned three 2025 Top Workplaces Spring Culture Excellence Awards. UE received awards for compensation and benefits, leadership, and work-life flexibility.
The national recognition issued by Energage is based on employee feedback and celebrates organizations that provide employees with material rewards and appreciation for their work.
UE also received awards for compensation and benefits in 2023 and 2024.
More than 70,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Energage’s Top Workplaces USA employee engagement survey. In the confidential survey, UE employees described their workplace as collaborative, inclusive, diverse, supportive, and mission-driven.
