About This Course Collection

This course collection was developed to help institutions meet training obligations under Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act and is meant to complement other prevention efforts at your institution. This collection contains required content that may be upsetting to learners. Note: On July 12, 2022, the Department of Education (ED) published new proposed regulations related to Title IX that will govern how educational institutions conduct inquiries into allegations of sex discrimination, including student sexual misconduct. Once they are final, our courses will be updated to reflect the new regulations.
