United Educators' General Liability policies currently provide coverage for acts of domestic terrorism. These policies cover hostile actions of foreign enemies occurring in the United States of America, including its territories or possessions, or in Canada.

UE's Foreign Terrorism GL Endorsement offers optional general liability coverage to protect an educational institution and its students and faculty traveling abroad from liability arising out of acts of foreign terrorism. For countries not listed on the U.S. State Department Travel Warning List, coverage is added back for occurrences arising out of foreign terrorism. If the U.S. government adds a country to the list during the policy period, coverage remains in force for 14 days to allow time for the evacuation of travelers.
