United Educators' Subscriber Advisory Committee (Board of Directors) includes representatives from the education and insurance community. Members serve three-year terms and are elected by the membership. United Educators files statutory reports with Vermont (its state of domicile), the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and every state in which policies are written. United Educators' loss reserves are certified by the actuarial firm of Milliman USA. The annual report includes audited financial statements certified by independent public accountants.
